Important Disclaimer
LocalPlay provides information for general reference only.
- Information about playgrounds, parks, events, and attractions is collected from public sources and may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- Amenity information (fencing, shade, splash pads, restrooms, etc.) may change without notice. Always verify conditions in person before your visit.
- We do not own, operate, or control any of the locations we recommend. We are not responsible for conditions, safety, or experiences at these locations.
- A playground described as "fenced" or "shaded" may not provide complete enclosure or sun protection. Use your own judgment and supervise children appropriately.
- Event information may change. Confirm details with the venue before attending.
The Service
LocalPlay is a free chatbot that helps parents find family-friendly activities in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area of North Carolina. We provide recommendations based on publicly available information and user preferences.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
- That the service will be available at all times
- That recommendations will meet your specific needs

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALPLAY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any decisions made based on information provided by the service
- Any inaccuracies in playground amenities, event details, or other information
